Apply New Dimension Plump + Fill Lip
Treatment: Prep Lips with Expert Plumper.
Mix pea-size amount of Expert Filler, with
highlighter. Blend around lip line, using
concealer brush.

Step 2

Define lip contours with clear lip
pencil. Fill in with tinted pencil.

Step 3

Apply lipstick.
